I have just over 20 years of experience in a wide variety of fields including RF design, embedded design and product manufacturing, software engineering and education.

At North-West University I serve as the deputy director of the School of Computer Science and Information Systems and teach Artificial Intelligence at Honours level. My postgraduate students mostly focus on the areas of serious game design, AR/VR, electronic design, artificial intelligence and automation in the Faculties of Science and Engineering at North-West University and the University of Johannesburg respectively.

Previously I worked on the server side of things, and for many years developed heavily for Sharepoint 2013/Sharepoint2016/O365 and CRM 2013/2015/online along with custom development projects.
