Chinasa Ikelu is an interdisciplinary researcher helping to translate science to policy. He has over thirteen years of work experience (including educational and professional experience) in Africa and Europe - all in the public, private, and non-governmental sectors. He is a German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) fellow and a Junior Scientist at the Right Livelihood College, Bonn. Currently, he is a board member for an organization and reviews for an academic journal. He is involved in several research projects. Alongside his team, he is working towards innovations that can be used by governments to make policies. He has been awarded over 18 academic awards at university, national, and international levels in the United Nations, Germany, France, Italy, China, South Africa, Russia, Sweden, Ghana, Nigeria, and Rwanda. He is also actively involved in professional consultancy services to several stakeholders. He has also published about 10 scholarly research works in refereed journal, book chapters, and conference proceedings. He continues to consult, engage stakeholders, and write research articles for publication. He has a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
