Chilala Kakoma Bowa is a Manager Project Planning at the Rural Electrification Authority.She had execled in her career as a lecturer at the Copperbelt unviversity for the Past 10 years .She's a holder of a masters and bachelors degree and from the university of Kathmandu and Univeristy of Zambia respectively. She completed her Postgraduate Univeristy from University of Johannesburg where obtained her PhD.
