My name is Nditsheni Raliphada. I am the Managing Director of Future Economics Learning Transfer and Research Institute (FELTRI). It is a start-up research  company that focuses on sustainable development. Feltri is committed to community participation and skills transfer as part of its value add to the research agenda. Prior  to establishing Feltri I was a Senior Manager Human Resource Development at the Independent Development Trust, The Director for Organisation Development and Transformation at the Department of Trade and Industry in South AFrica and  Senior Manager Organisation Development at the South African Weather Service.  I have a social science degree, Honours and Masters degrees in Human Resource Development. I am currently busy with my PHD at the University of Witwatersrand with my study focusing on learning transfer among generation y entrepreneurs in the South African manufactirng sector
