I have a background in Industrial Engineering, and pursued my postgraduate studies through the Department of Civil Engineering at Stellenbosch University with a Master’s degree, followed by a PhD in Transport Science. My skills and expertise mainly include: Business Intelligence Management (Data Mining and Governance), Performance Measurement and Management, Transport Engineering (including Transport Planning and Transport Network Modelling), ITS research specialist as well as Business Process Modeling and Re-engineering.
