Omolola Adeola is a post-doctoral research fellow with the Southern Africa Labour and Development Research Unit (SALDRU) and African Centre of Excellence for Inequality Research (ACEIR) based at the University of Cape Town (UCT), South Africa.

Omolola Adeola obtained a Ph.D. in Development Finance from Stellenbosch University, South Africa; and her MSc degree from the University of Reading, England, United Kingdom.

OmoloIa's research interests include economic growth, foreign capital flows, poverty, and inequality. Omolola currently works on issues around poverty and inequality in South Africa.
