Patrick Agejoh  hold an LLB degree from the University of Yaounde 2 – Cameroon, Diploma in cyber laws at the Asian School of Cyber Laws, Pune-India, LLM degree from the Department of Law, University of Pune -India, LLD from the Department of Private Law, Centre for Intellectual Property Rights, Faculty of Law, University of Pretoria - South Africa. My research interests are in Intellectual Property Law (Patent Law), International Trade Law, Cyber Laws and Human Rights.

 

I have four years of teaching and mentoring experience for Undergraduate and Postgraduate students in the above areas of law. I won a scholarship as a visiting research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition Munich – Germany (2016). A facilitator for NGOs project planning and management for development training courses.  I have published several single-author and co-author peer-review articles in international journals and one book publication.

I hold membership in the American Society of International Law (ASIL) in which I served as Co-Chair of Africa Interest Group of ASIL for 3years. I am a member of the international network of Prison Fellowship International. I have good proficiency in the English language and also speak, write and read French and pidgin languages.
