Prof. Ai Likun is the head of International Cooperation in the Institute of Tibentan Plateau Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Her research interests cover the fields of monsoon climatology, regional climate change and human adaptation. She is an expert in management of international programs/organizations, used to be the director of Monsoon Asia Integrated Regional Study (2005-2016), Third Pole Envirnment (TPE) Program (2016-2019), and the Assistant Executive Director of ANSO Secretaria (2018-2022).
