I am a Masters in Applied Science: Biotechnology Graduate. Currently working at a Cereal Manufacturer Futurelife Health Products. I have 6 years experience in academic research and 8 years experience in the FMCG sector. My FMCG experience has allowed me to focus on Food Defence, Food Fraud, Food Safety and WHO Compliance for food manufacturers.

I use science in developing food products, that are in alignment with food safety and quality standards. Most of the products I am currently working with is for underprivaliged communities and malnutritioned inviduals. My Aim at attending the forum is to engage with plenary speakers that help me develop myself in the science world in Africa.
