Dr. Harris Andoh is currently a Visiting Scholar with the Digital Academies in Africa (DAIA) Project, led by Prof. Hannele M. Niemi at the University of Helsinki. In 2023, he served as a Visiting Professor specializing in Higher Education Collaborations and the World of Work at Haaga Helia University of Applied Sciences in Helsinki, Finland. He also coordinates the DAIA collaborations for Tshwane University of Technology in South Africa and is a Research Fellow at the CSIR-Science and Technology Policy Research Institute in Accra, Ghana. Additionally, he is an Institutional Science and Technology Policy Research Expert and has and an expert of the African Science System. He worked as a Higher Educational Monitoring and Evaluation Researcher for the University Capacity Development Grant (UCDP) at Tshwane University of Technology, South Africa. Dr. Andoh holds a PhD in Science and Technology Studies from Stellenbosch University, South Africa. His expertise lies in National Science Systems, Higher Education Evaluation, with a focus on Grants Evaluation, Curriculum and Teaching Evaluation, and Research Evaluation within African universities.
