Annisa Paramaswary Aslam is a  lecturer at Universitas Negeri Makassar, Indonesia, where she specializes in financial management. She holds a Master of Science in Financial Management and a Bachelor of Economics, equipping her with a solid academic foundation. Annisa has been actively involved in various research projects, focusing on topics such as gender diversity and its impact on dividend payout ratios, as well as socio-demographic factors influencing investment decisions. Her research has resulted in published articles, including those featured in reputable journals, where she examines the intersection of gender diversity and financial performance and the role of socio-demographic influences on investment choices 

Currently, Annisa leads a research project funded by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, titled "The Impact of Socio-Demography and Culture on Investment Decisions," which reflects her commitment to exploring relevant financial issues.
