Dr. Henry T. Asogwa is a Research Fellow I at the Institute for Development Studies (IDS), University of Nigeria Enugu Campus, and a Lecturer I in the Department of Economics, University of Nigeria Nsukka, Enugu Nigeria. Dr. Henry T. Asogwa is a team-spirited, committed research fellow driven by an intense love for research shaped by interest in Health and Development Microeconomics, and served on several international and intergovernmental policy initiatives in Public Policy issues such as health care financing, Poverty, and public sector expenditure framework, pull out and analysis at the Institute for Development Studies (IDS) University of Nigeria,  Advocacy Voice Initiative (SAVI) in partnership with UNICEF and DFID, African Heritage Institutions, African Development Bank, African Development Solution International (ADSI) in collaboration with Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC), Clean Foundation/UNDP, and the International Republican Institute (IRI) to mention but a few. Dr. Henry is always available to collaborate on Health and Development issues, public health care financing policy, interventions, and program.
