BIOGRAPHY:

I am Gaymary George Bakari, a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Physiology, Biochemistry and Pharmacology in the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, Sokoine University of Agriculture. I am completed my PhD at the Sokoine University in 2014. My area of interest is natural medicinal plants physiology and biomedical sciences. I am currently supervising three PhD students who are working on two medicinal plants.

I have presented my research findings at several conferences and workshops in more than 21 peer-reviewed articles in reputable academic journals. Apart from teaching, I also involved in research and mentoring more than 60 undergraduate and 17 post graduate students.
