I'm a Chair of OWSD Benin National Chapter. I’m a Plant Pathology Researcher. I completed my undergraduate and master’s degree in Republic of Benin at the University of Abomey-Calavi.

In 2014, the Organization of Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD) awarded me with a PhD fellowship which allowed me to embark on the next chapter of my career.

In 2018, I completed my PhD and graduated from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) in South Africa.

As an honorary researcher at the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN), Research Associate at the National High School of Applied Biosciences and Biotechnologies (ENSBBA) of the National University of Sciences, Technologies, Engineering and Mathematics (UNSTIM)-Republic of Benin, I collaborate with other researchers with regards to various Plant Pathology projects and supervises undergraduate and postgraduate students. I worked as a Seeds Health Scientist at the SciCorp Laboratory, South Africa. I also served as a Research Technician and Laboratory Manager at the International Research Center, AfricaRice for about 5 years before my PhD.

Currently I work as a Plant Pathologist at the Institute of Commercial Forestry Research (ICFR).

I’m a member of several networks among which, South African Association of Plant Pathologist (SASPP), South Africa Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP), Organization of Women in Science for Developing World (OWSD), Benin Republic Society of Entomology (SERB), African Association of Insects Scientists (AAIS).
