My name is Elena Viktorovna Chupeikina, I was born in 1996. I graduated from the Ogarev Moscow State University in 2019 in the field of "Trade Business", completed a master's degree in Hungary at the University of Debrecen in the field of "International economy and business" in 2021. I have been working at Mordovia State University since 2019. 

As part of the implementation of the strategic academic leadership program "Priority 2030", I ensured the operational coordination of the University's structural divisions, control over the expediency of spending grant funds, interaction with federal authorities and the Federal State Educational Institution "Sociocenter", coordinated the work on applying for a special part of the grant on the track "Territorial Leadership", as a result of which the University attracted 105 million rubles .. I also carried out activities to promote the University in international and Russian rating agencies (Times higher education ranking, World University ranking, RAEX, Interfax), additionally coordinated activities within the framework of the federal project "Professionalism" on the basis of the Ruzaevsky Institute of Mechanical Engineering.

I was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the National Research Ogarev Mordovian State University, Gratitude from the Ministry of Industry, Science and New Technologies of the Republic of Mordovia.
