Nicola Dengo is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Insubria in Como, Italy. He received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Padova, Italy. Currently, he serves as the Vice-President of Eurodoc, the European Council of Doctoral Candidates and Junior Researchers. Additionally, he co-chairs the COST Cross-Cutting Activity on Career Development for Young Researchers. His work as a representative focuses on research careers, including research assessment, career paths, and transferable skills. He routinely represents Eurodoc in relations with European institutions, other stakeholder organizations, and the media.
