Ms Dineo Diale is a registered industrial psychologist with the HPCSA with effect from 2017. She is a lecturer at Rhodes university teaching in both undergraduate and post gradaute level with effect from 2017. Her research interests are within women entrepreneurship, green entrepreneurship, teaching with technology, the field of industrial and organisational psychology as well as system dynamics. She has published 7 articles, within the field of environmental entrepreneurship, renewable energy enterprises, green entrepreneurship, job embeddedness and collaboration in higher learning institution. She has presented in scientific and engineering conferences hosted by IEEE, IEOM, South African Insitute of Industrial Engineering,Society of industrial and organisational Psychology, as well as Higher education of learning, teaching association of Southern Africa. She has supervised 3 Masters students (100%) and 11 honours students on her own to completion. She is currently co- supervising a PhD student with a colleague. Ms Diale is on her final stages on her PhD with a title South African Green entrepreneurship model utilising a system dynamics approach.  She is heaviliy involved in community engagement with her students  and society (service learning) on cv writing, motivational letters, biographical letters and business compliance documentation. Ms Diale does consult in offering career guidance and business advise but does not charge and treats the services as community engagement
