Research fields and Projects

Research interest: Potential use of essential oils as bio preservation to control food-borne pathogens. Improvement of crops and vegetables yield and quality and diseases management through the use of agrochemicals (biopesticides, elicitors, plant growth promoters, and biofertilizers) of plant origin; Preservation of soil biodiversity and reduction of nitrogen losses through the use of biofertilizers with N slow release kinetics; Crops’ diseases control through the use of Biopesticides and elicitors of plant origin; Reduction of pesticide residues and Heavy metals in crops and polluted soil through the of biodegradable green inputs of plant origin.
