Partik Dullat is a Data & AI Technical Specialist at IBM. She recently led IBM Canada's STEM for Girls program, a program that focuses on inspiring a future generation of girls to embrace STEM through intentional strategies, innovative approaches and leveraging digital platforms that seek to empower girls to become future leaders in technology. She fosters partnerships with NPO's and leading corporations, including Plan International, Tech Spark, Disney, CISCO, TELUS,  and more. Through the STEM for Girls Program, she has engaged over 10,000 girls across Canada and supported partnerships that have reached over 70,000 girls across Canada.  She holds a Bachelor of Computer Science in Software Design from Queen’s University which allowed her to start her career as a Developer, where she gained expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining systems while providing innovative solutions to clients.
