Dr. Tamer A. Mashtoly. Professor of Chemical and Bio-Pesticides- Department of Plant Protection, Faculty of Agriculture, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt, He obtained a master's degree in the analysis of pesticide residues and their applied relationship to environmental contamination at the site of pesticide application, which includes soil, plants, water and the human operator that is exposed to the largest amount of contamination as a result of intensive and excessive spraying with pesticides according to the traditional methods used. In 2010, he got his Ph.D through the joint supervision award between Ain Shams University, Egypt, and Phode Island University, Kingstone, USA under the supervision of the American Professor Steven R Alm and it was the milestone of my innovation in Biopesticides based on Entomopathogenic bacteria. In 2015, he received a USAID- Funded postdoctoral Awarded from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, USA, to participate in some research points with Prof. Juan Luis Jurat-Fuentes and his team work in his distinguished laboratory in bacterial Biopesticides, the development modern of toxins produced from them, and their relationship to insect physiology, in addition to modern techniques in suppressing and silencing the genes in some economic insect pests. he has PI many international projects and attended many conferences, training courses, and workshops. In 2023 he enrolled as a manager of a new project related to the general administration of Agriculture Extention in the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
