Feruza Ganieva is the Chief Specialist at the Center for Scientific and Technical Information in Uzbekistan. In this role, she manages IT projects, oversees a team of developers, and leads initiatives to enhance the digitalization of science and education across Uzbekistan. She also establishes international partnerships to support the digital advancement of the scientific sphere in Uzbekistan.

Previously, Feruza served as a consultant for RBC Group Solutions, where she helped develop the IT architecture for the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovations and set up technical requirements for the World Bank "MUNIS" project, aimed at modernizing Uzbekistan’s National Innovation System. She has also been a project manager for Elite Software Association, leading a major CRM system project for call centers and logistics.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems with honors from Westminster International University in Tashkent.

She has earned numerous certifications, including from the Digital Transformation Summit in UAE and the National Cybersecurity Fellowship in Turkey. Her accolades include a letter of honor from the Ministry of Higher Education and multiple top placements in international and national competitions. Feruza brings expertise in project management, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
