Dr Agata Gurzawska, Research Manager at Trilateral, leads a research group on ethics, human rights and emerging tech. She has background in international public and human rights law. Her areas of expertise encompass responsible and sustainable innovation in the business context, ethics of technology, human rights and business, and strategic corporate social responsibility (CSR). She has worked on +15 EU-funded projects as a human rights and ethics expert in the context of technology. Currently, she is coordinating the Horizon Europe VERITY project on the ecosystemic approach to trust in science. Driven by curiosity and human rights values, she believes that strategic responsible innovation management (StRIM) can boost economic benefits and lead to responsible, sustainable and ethical technology.
