Thabo is Social Scientist with about eighteen (18) years of experience in strategic information, monitoring, evaluation, and research.  He hold an MPH, post graduate diploma in M&E and a BA degree in Social Sciences. The above experience has been acquired across several institutions consisting of national and international non-governmental, governmental, and developmental institutions. He actively partcipate in publications and is a member of local research ethics board.
