I am a Ph.D. candidate at the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences, focusing on the investigation of the β-galactosidase enzyme from probiotic Limosilactobacillus fermentum LF08. My academic journey began at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Food, in Skopje, North Macedonia, where I worked on the development and validation of an RRLC-UV method for determining chlorogenic acid in green coffee. This journey continued in Budapest, Hungary, where I completed my master’s degree in Food Science and Technology Engineering at Szent István University. With a strong passion for science, I am dedicated to making a meaningful impact in my field of study.
