Currently pursuing my MBA at Budapest Metropolitan University, Hungary, I am passionate about exploring the intersection of sustainability and business. My ongoing scientific research focuses on identifying sustainable practices within the retail industry, aligning with my commitment to driving positive environmental impact through business initiatives and I am working on this project from September 2023 under Head of Department of Business Management, Budapest Metropolitan University (METU) Budapest, Hungary and Postdoctoral Researcher at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), China.

With a proven track record in operations management, strategic planning, and business development, I am an experienced Managing Director and wise versa currently overseeing operations at K.M Traders, a leading tiles store. In this role, I optimize workflows, manage finances, and drive revenue growth through effective leadership and innovative strategies.

Prior to my current position, I honed my leadership and organizational skills through diverse roles, including Assistant Accounting Manager at Subway, Human Resources Officer at Army Welfare Trust, and positions at Canteen Stores Department (CSD). At CSD, one of the largest retail chains in Pakistan, I contributed to maintaining efficient operations and delivering exceptional administration satisfaction, further solidifying my understanding of business operations.
