Dr. Arthur Ario Lelono is the Director of Talent Management BRIN, He graduated from Chemistry Department of Bogor Agricultural University in 2024 for his bachelor degree and continued to pursue his Master program and Doctoral program in the field of natural product chemistry at Ehime University  Japan from 2005 to 2010. In 2010 he joins Indonesian Institute of Science (LIPI), and since then he continued his work in Research Center for Chemistry LIPI in the field of medicinal natural product chemistry. In 2019 he was assigned as the Head of Development, Education and Training Center of LIPI, and since 2021 he was appointed as the Director of Talent Management BRIN and continuing the program for human capital development through capacity building for researcher through Degree By Research program, researcher mobility through internship, research assistant, postdoctoral, visiting researcher program.
