Dr Tshilidzi Madzivhandila is an exprience applied research, policy analysis, monitoring and evaluation, policy advocacy specialist in the areas of agriculture, food systems and natural resources. Tshilidzi gas more than 20 years exprience, with six years of these in executive management and is currently the CEO and Head of Mission. He holds a PhD degree in Economics from University of New England, Australia.

Notably, Tshilidzi is also a member of the South African Government 3rd National Planning Commision to give guidnce on the implementation of the 2030 National Development Plan (NDP).
