I am a 28-year-old female, a PhD student at the University of the Witwatersrand and affiliated with iThemba LABS. I am interested in fundamental science hence the choice of my field of study which is "accelerator and subatomic nuclear physics". I love science communications and engagements thus I am a part of the "Building blocks of science" where we teach the general public about fundamental science.
