Dr. Magingxa is the President and CEO of the Agricultural Research Council (ARC) of South Africa.  He is tasked with the redirection, revisioning and repositioning of the ARC, working with the Council and management team.  He previously served the ARC as Group Executive: Agri-Economics and Capacity Development, where he oversaw translationof Agri-R&D outputs into products and services for the agricultural sector as well as the capacity development programmes in support of the sector, amongst other things.
