I am a passionate professional with more than 16 years of experience in the Petrochemical Industry, with combined expertise in project management, technology development, product development, idea generation, business analysis, and scientific R&D within Sasol Group. I am agile, a critical thinker, proactive, and a goal-driven individual with excellent interpersonal, communication, technical and analytical skills.

I hold a PhD in Catalysis Chemistry from North-West University and currently studying for a Master of Management in Energy Leadership (MMEL) with Wits Business School. 

I last fulfilled the role of Senior Technical Advisor within the Sasol Energy group. My role was to develop options to enable the sustainability and saleability of energy products. I also acquired business analysis skills as a Strategic Research and Technology Analyst where my role was to perform a landscape analysis of routes for the conversion of petrochemicals to higher-value chemicals. I was a Research Scientist in the Chemicals and Refining Research Group for 13 years where I was a project coordinator of complex multi-disciplinary projects which included the development of project scopes, creating work agreements, stakeholder interactions, and project execution, my role also included the development of improved and customized technologies to improve the competitiveness of the company.
