Dr Moche holds a PhD in Mathematics from Howard University.  She has over 20 years of experience in higher education and 15 years of management experience is higher education.  Dr Moche currently serves as the Group Executive for Digital Transformation at the National Research Foundation (NRF).  She also serves as the Acting Deputy CEO responsible for the Business Unit charged with the responsibility for Research Support and Research Funding.
