Mr. Mu Rongping received his B.S. and M. S. degree from University of Science and Technology of China, and Dr. Phil. degree from Technical University Berlin of Germany. Dr. Mu is now Professor of Institutes of Science and Development, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CASISD), the director of Research Center for National Frontier S&T Integration and Innovation of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, the editor-in-Chief of Science Research Management and the founding editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Innovation and Development Policy. Dr. Mu has more than 30 years research experiences in the fields S&T and Innovation Development Policy, Technology Foresight, International Competitiveness of Hi-tech Industry.
