Name: Dr Hakim Nagah

I am from Tripoli Libya and have studied International Relation M.A at the University of Marburg, nternational Education at University of Kassel (Msc.) and PhD in International Management at University of Kassel.

I have a course in Education Diplomacy at Diplo Center (Malta Swiss.) 

I was senior advisor for the Minister of Education and since 2016 I am working as Advsior for the Director of the Libyan Autgority for Scientfic Research.

I was appointed from the education minister as focal point>

for UNESCO, UNCEF and DAAD.

I was co-organiser of several national and international  Conferences in Management, Development and Education,

I am very interested to build  a bridge for our scentific Authority in Libya in the field of Science Diplomacy with regional and international partners. 

And I am working on a project " Internationalisation of the Libyan Universities".
