In his role, he drives the development of innovative information systems, cultivates high-level, and ensures alignment with both national and international standards for scientific data management. His professional development includes certifications in digital transformation, smart farming, and information resource management and an author on topics related to agricultural innovation and energy systems.

Prior to his current position, Nazirov served as Deputy Head of the State Scientific Program Formation and Monitoring Department at the Innovative Development Agency, where he led the development and oversight of national scientific programs, working closely with diverse stakeholders to meet Uzbekistan's strategic innovation priorities. He also held leadership roles as Deputy Director of the Center for Scientific and Technical Information and as Chief Specialist in promoting scientific activity within the Tashkent region, emphasizing capacity-building, resource allocation, and cross-sector collaboration with research institutions.
