Asror Norov is the Head of the Department of Science and Education Integration at the Agency for Innovative Development in Uzbekistan. He was previously the Deputy Head of the Department for Developing Innovative Infrastructures and Technoparks, where he managed projects that support entrepreneurship and research.

He has held various leadership roles in vocational education, including Deputy Director for Educational Affairs at Navoi Technical and Economic Vocational College, where he developed partnerships to create hands-on training opportunities for students. His academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Management from Navoi State Mining Institute and a Master's in Macroeconomics from Bukhara State University.
