Dr Ololade is a First Class Economics graduate from the University of Ibadan, she holds a PhD from the Department of Economics at the University of Ibadan under the African Economic Research Consortium (AERC) Collaborative PhD. Programme (CPP).

She is a seasoned Economist, who specialises in employing research and financial tools to identify and evaluate economic trends. She expertly employs, theoretical, empirical and data analysis to report economic conditions.

She has worked expertly on different donor-funded projects in Nigeria aimed at improving the Public Financial Management structure of sub-national governments.

Ololade currently serves as a Research Fellow at the Nigeria Economic Summit Group (NESG).
