I am a versatile public policy and program professional with expertise in domestic and global health, science, innovation, science diplomacy, and the social sector. I have a proven track record in leading the design and delivery of healthcare service programs and projects, as well as developing evidence-based strategic and operational policies.Currently, I co-lead the Global Health Working Group at the Global Young Academy (GYA), a platform for young scientists to collaborate on scientific policy-making. With a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and over 10 years of experience in research, public policy, and community engagement, I bring a multidisciplinary and global perspective to addressing health and climate change challenges. Ihave collaborated with various UN agencies, such as WHO, UNAIDS, UNFPA, UNESCO, and national governments, giving me valuable experience in managing complex partnerships and negotiations. As a researcher, I possess strong analytical skills, adept at processing large datasets and providing evidence-based recommendations for policy development. My expertise also extends to nanotechnology and regenerative medicine, focusing on nanodevice applications in biomedical fields, environmental sensing, and water purification.My experience includes guiding the development of complex policy proposals within cross-government programs, navigating budgetary cycles, funding arrangements, cabinet processes, and legislative frameworks. I am proficient in designing policies that offer practical delivery and implementation options. My strong communication skills enable me to influence stakeholders, engage communities in shaping policy debates, and build coalitions of like-minded individuals to ensure successful implementation
