Peter has a background in psychology and perfroming arts. He has been desiging and running youth and student leadership programmes since 2003. Mr Schuapp was training coordinator for dance4life ( a yuth and student programme focusing on Sexual and Productive Haelth and Rights) for the African continent, reaching more than a million young people. His responsibility was improving the training desgin, implementing the training with parnter organisations, training youth leaders, and training the trainers in more than 7 countries including South Africa. Mr Schaupp has been working as training partner with the Habitable Planet Workshop programme since 2011, introducing performing arts, creative dialogue facilitation in orde to improve personal development (confidence builing and public speaking skills) as well as scientific learning and expression. He is responsible for initiating and the continous development of the HPW leadership programme.
