Ms Nkami Sethole is a Coordinator: Marketing at the Agricultural Research Council and has a responsibility of representing the Agricultural Research Council (ARC) in events where awareness about the organisation’s products and services is created without compromising the image of the organization. She has worked in the agricultural sector since 1996 and the ARC since 2000. 

She led various teams that participated in events that date back to the World Summit on Sustainable Development, 26 August-4 September 2002, Johannesburg, over 15 large exhibitions in Parliament (Employer Representative), 2011 COP 17, 4th World Rural Women Congress Durban 2007, CGIAR 2001, FARA - Africa Science Week Exhibition in Accra, Ghana 15 – 20 July 2013 and Rwanda Kigali 2016. Led Team ARC at the DST Africa Science Festival and received an Award: Best Exhibition, Grahamstown four years in a row 2014 – 2017, consecutive Gold Medallion and Presidential Awards at the Royal Show including 2022. She was also a Nominee for the Most Influential Women in South Africa in 2013.

She holds certificates for Programme in Project Management, University of Pretoria, Management Development Programme, Unisa School of Business Leadership, Public Relations Practice and Writing: PRISA, and a BA Degree in Social Work: University of the North.
