I work at NWO-WOTRO Science for Global Development, which is a division of the Dutch Research Council (NWO) that funds and monitors innovative research on global issues, with a focus on sustainable development and poverty reduction.

I am involved in the following research programmes:

1) The bilateral research programme with the National Research Foundation (NRF) of South Africa, with a focus on the Water-Energy-Food nexus. This programme is part of NWO's Merian Fund (www.nwo.nl/merianfund).

2) The multilateral call with the Global Research Council on Sustainable Development Goals (www.nwo.nl/grc).

3) The bilateral research programme with the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP). This programme is also part of NWO's Merian Fund.

4) The Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) research programme, with a focus on Jordan, Burundi and Bangladesh (www.nwo.nl/srhr).
