Head of International – Europe & Asia

Laura is the Head of International for Europe and Asia at the Royal Society, the UK's national academy of sciences. In this role, she leads the Society’s international engagement across Europe and with the European Union, and its programme of work with leading scientific nations in Asia.

Laura joined the Society as a Senior Policy Adviser focusing on the Society's engagement with Europe. She was previously Head of Sustainability at Policy Connect and has worked at Westminster Parliamentary Research and Chatham House.

Laura has a background in history and international relations.
