Naďa Witzanyová is SO for External Affairs at ELI ERIC. At the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport, she worked on ERA initiatives (ERAC, SGHRM, CZ PRES 2009, ERIC regulation) and the establishment of the Czech RIs system. She was involved in ESFRI activities (ESFRI Roadmaps, ESFRI EB, Chaired WGRs on regional affairs and evaluation), and coordinated Czech Roadmaps for large RIs. She also worked on energy policy (European Energy Research Alliance) and set up Grant and TTO offices. Naďa Witzanyová managed large structural fund projects (ESS Scandinavia in-kind contribution, FAIR GmbH), was a delegate for H2020 and HE Programme Committees, and served as an EC expert (EGERIC).

Served as expert for the EC SD initiative (WG4 - Framework for the EU SD).She holds degrees in macromolecular chemistry, research law (LL.B.), and an MBA in international relations and EU affairs.
