Mr Gábor Bartus is assistant professor at the Department of Environmental Economics of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. Dr Bartus has a scientific background in the field of chemical engineering (BSc, MSc) and environmental economics (PhD).
Dr Bartus is Secretary-General of the National Council for Sustainable Development (NFFT), a multi-stakeholder advisory institution of the National Assembly of Hungary. He is the co-chair of the Working Group on Sustainable Development of the EEAC (European Environmental and Sustainable Developments Councils).
Dr Bartus is an associated partner of the European Sustainable Development Network (ESDN). He is also a member of the Global Forum for National SDG Advisory Bodies.
