Nosisa Dube is the co-chair of the Global Observatory of Responsible Research Assessment project led by the Research on Research Institute consortium, a member of the Global Research Council RRA Working group, previuosly a director of reveiws and evaluations at the NRF- South Africa and now leads the Evaluation and Impact Assessment for Research Programmmes and Interventions at the NRF - South Africa.
