She has taught at different levels from ECD, Primary education became a principal at both primary school and technical college levels. She was a lecturer on Indigenous Knowledge Systems and continue to be a visiting lecturer delivering different papers globally. She started Ikitse programme at Motsweding FM in 2008. The aim of this programme was to decolonize the minds of Africans to know who they are, where they come from and to know where they are going. This program has culminated into an Indigenous school which is currently being built at Thojane Farm to actualize Ikitse and to realise the long-awaited dream. At Thojane farm, we host and present decolonizing ceremonies/ celebrations together with several partners e.g. Department of Arts and Culture: Ebukhosini etc. Some of the events that we host range from Kwanza
Black Afrika month; Afrika day, Heritage Day, and many others.
She won female farmer of the year award in 2014 both provincially and nationally it is because of this that her passion for sharing and empowering the youth cumulates. She hosts students from different colleges for internships every year, where she trains women and youth and encourage them to have back yard gardens and subsistence farming. She serves as a board member in different organisations such as the Potchefstroom Agricultural college, representing the MEC of Agriculture and as Committee member of the North West Provincial Language Committee representing Setswana language.
