An empirical social psychologist, with Symlog I've facilitated, written & edited many best practice guides to pluralistic decision making, co-research and evaluation, risk governance, & improvement of community quality of life. My work and publications are often transdisciplinary, at the intersection of science and society.

InsSciDE - Inventing a shared Scientific Diplomacy for Europe - was a project funded under Europe's H2020 framework. Scientists and diplomats, experts of strategy and policy makers, joined historians of science and technology and other social scientists and trainers to reveal European and Member States science diplomacy experience. Case studies, interactive workshops, and summer schools built up best practices and networks to reinforce science diplomacy's ability to address global challenges.
