Mr Lukovi Seke

Mr Lukovi Seke has a 15-year expertise in strengthening capacities of almost 43 African Union Member States to measure science, technology and innovation (STI) in leading the current phase (2021-2025) of the African Science, Technology and Innovation indicators (ASTII) Programme. The core R&D and innovation indicators produced by Member States support both evidence-based policy formulation/review and policy-target tracking (STISA-2024, SDG 9.5). He is a master’s degree (MCom, University of Pretoria) holder in Economics of Trade and Investment and a BCom in Mathematical Economics (University of Kinshasa). He served as board member in various civil society organisations in being assigned executive positions at the academic, national, regional and continental levels.
